In the last 2 weeks our Coordinator has met over 450 young people in Lichfield, Burntwood, Burton, Tamworth and Rugeley talking to them about the harm that hate crime can cause and the repercussions for the perpetrators. We have had some amazing input from year 6 students (10-11 year olds) all the way through to Princes Trust team members in their 20s.
It is essential to our work that we get the message ‘out there’ that hate crime is not acceptable and that people consider the impact of their actions. Thank you to all involved, you have been fantastic!
